A little personal project I did to try and push myself in some areas I'm a little rusty. I hadn't done foliage in quite some time, and I've also done very little in Unreal, so this allowed me to play with UE5 and the material system more than I had previously. I also have been teaching myself Blender, and this was the first time using it for a full project, from start to finish.
Unfortunately free time has been scarce, so for the time being, I opted for a smaller vignette rather than a full scale environment. I loved this concept by Marina Yu (https://www.artstation.com/artwork/gRovAZ) as soon as I saw it, and obviously I took a few artistic liberties with my interpretation but hopefully I captured the spirit of it.
